Presented by the Combined Churches of Barwon Heads.

During the four weeks of Advent prior to Christmas, works of art by local artists will be displayed in four shop windows in Barwon Heads.

These art works reflect the four themes of Advent:

• HOPE, PEACE, JOY and LOVE.

They are traditional themes for this season as we prepare for Christmas.

Week 3:

• Joy is the theme for the third week of Advent. Visit the Post Office to view Dee Clements’ depiction of Joy.

Week 2 

• The second theme is Peace and features the work of another local artist, Midge Bell, and can be viewed at Ten Thousand Things.

Week 1:

• The first of our themes is ‘Hope’ and this week a work by local artist Chris Swinton is on display at the IGA. 

Over the four weeks of advent the art works be located at The Post Office, IGA, Ten Thousand Things and Frith.
